The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will host their annual Recognition Gala, “Fire & Ice,” on February 27 from 6:30-9:30 p.m., at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. The Gala will be co-hosted by Dr. Jeff Baarstad, Superintendent of Conejo Valley Unified School District, and Dr. Daniel Stepenosky, Superintendent of Las Virgenes Unified School District.
Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 p.m. where guests will be welcomed by a custom ice luge offering “Fire & Ice” martini tastings and have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of silent auction items. Ballroom doors open at 7:30 p.m., inviting guests to enjoy a three-course dinner and live entertainment by LA Soul Project. The presentation of awards will honor local leaders, including Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Ambassador of the Year and the outgoing Board Chairman of 2014, Leonard Greenlee of Baxter Healthcare.
