Former high school English teacher and author, Julie C. Gardner, brings “Letters for Scarlet” (Velvet Morning Press April, 2016) to her readers. “Choose love” ~ Frosted Cowboy
Author Charlene Ross provides a fun and sweet beach read with her debut novel, “Frosted Cowboy” (Velvet Morning Press February, 2016). A Los Angeles suburbanite, Ross has also authored “Love on the Rocks (With Salt) a novella and contributed to “The Making of a Picky Easter”. She has been featured in Skirt!
