It can’t be stressed enough that making a wise choice when adopting a pet is critical to its well-being. Case in point is Grayson, a 3-year-old Pit Bull who was brought to the shelter by a family that already had dogs and a cat. He didn’t get along with either, even though this dog is a sweet and gentle boy. Had he been evaluated prior to adoption, this family would have found that he should be the only pet in the household. He is loyal and loving toward people and will make a great companion for someone that wants to have only one pet in their home.
Here are some things you should know about Grayson:
- He is housebroken and loves living indoors. He can be left alone in the real room and loves lounging on the futon.
- He is playful with children.
- He has had some training and knows the command, “sit.” It should be easy to train him to learn “down”, “shake” and other commands.
- He walks well on leash.
- He enjoys car rides.
- Grayson is an athletic guy and will make the perfect hiking, running or walking partner.
Grayson is a very well behaved boy who loves his people. He thrives during his one-on-one time with the volunteers in the real room.
If you are looking for a great looking dog who we’re sure will give you all the love he has to offer, you won’t want to pass on Grayson. Ask to meet him now.
