Pet Spotlight: Kasha Needs a Companion

Kasha is a four-year-old female pit bull terrier. Her owners who had her for all her life turned her in because they said they no longer had any time for her and she was kept outside almost all of the time. Although her placement at the shelter is not ideal, at least she has indoor housing, time in the real room and the companionship of the many shelter volunteers. Now it’s time that her true forever family take her into their lives.

Here are some things you should know about her:

  • She is housebroken.
  • She is good with dogs, big and small.
  • She is playful with kids.
  • She walks well on leash.
  • She is good in the car.

The volunteers at the shelter just love her and remark about how well behaved she is, no jumping and no pulling on the leash. She loves to amuse herself in the yard with her toys, but she also likes spending time on a bench with the volunteers to watch the goings-on. She just needs someone by her side and she will be a contented dog.

If you are ready to experience the love and loyalty that “Pitties” are known for, ask to meet her today. She is ready to go to your house.
