‘The Wiley Coyote’ Hike at Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa: Take a 1.5 mile hike with a ranger through grassy hills while learning about coyotes. Meet in main parking lot at 6:45 p.m. and bring water.

Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival at CLU: This summer, the Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival at California Lutheran University will feature “Measure for Measure” for the first time in its 19 years.

Comedy Magic Show at Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park Libraries: Shawn McMaster is a spellbinding magician whose shows are laced with humor. No magic words or cheesy-looking props. Instead, magician McMaster offers a high-energy, interactive show filled with astonishment and hilarity for the whole family.

Summer String Concerts at Agoura Hills Library: The Agoura Hills Library is presenting the first of two Summer String Concerts Saturday, July 11, at 2 p.m. LA Phil violinist Paul Stein, violinist Aaron Oltman and cellist David Garrett will be performing ‘Classics, Romantics and Tangos.’

Film 91301 Presents 80th Anniversary Screening of ‘Bride of Frankenstein’ Under the Stars at the Reyes Adobe: As part of the 91301 Film Series, the Agoura Hills Cultural Arts Council (CAC) presents “Classics at the Adobe,”celebrating the 80th anniversary of Bride of Frankenstein with a screening under the stars at the historic Reyes Adobe on July 11, 2015. The program will include a special panel discussion on the classic, horror/ sci-fi film led by local science fiction writer Peter H. Brothers.

Star Parties Hosted by Oak Canyon Astronomy Group in Oak Park: The Oak Canyon Astronomy Group Star Parties at Oak Canyon Park, 5600 Hollytree Drive, Oak Park are free to the public. The mission of the group is to bring an awareness of amateur astronomy to the community by showing what they can actually see in the night sky.

Screening of ‘Wichita’ at McCrea Ranch: The Conejo Community Center/Outdoor Unit of the Conejo Recreation & Park District continues the Summer Movie Series at the McCrea Ranch with the feature film, “Wichita” a 1955 western drama, starring Joel McCrea on Saturday July 11, 2015 from 8:30-10:30 p.m. Enjoy watching the film, outside under the stars at the McCrea Ranch Visitors Center in Thousand Oaks.

Free Concert at Peter Strauss Ranch: The free Concert in the Park will feature Cartucha de Villa and Big Shot and the Six Pack. Meet in amphitheater, from 5-7:30 p.m.

2015 Sun Sets Concert Series: Gold Rush Country, a premier high energy country band, will play a variety of modern radio favorites that will surely have the audience toe-tapping, dancing and singing with enthusiasm.All concerts begin at 6 p.m. and are free to the public.
