Friday

 

Live Entertainment at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks: Enjoy free live entertainment at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks on Friday nights starting through Oct. 30th from 6-9 p.m.

16th Annual Reign of Terror Haunted House: Reign of Terror the ticket office opens daily at 6 p.m. in the Janss Food Courtyard. General admission is $17, with VIP $25 admission tickets, for front of line access, available at the box office only.

Cal Lutheran Symphony to Perform Free Concert: The California Lutheran University Symphony will present a free concert in celebration of the campus’ heritage. The annual Founders Day Concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Samuelson Chapel.

CLU Presents ‘Chamber Music’: Cal Lutheran to present the absurdist play Chamber Music. Free stagings slated Oct. 7-10 in Preus-Brandt Forum. The California Lutheran University Theatre Arts Department is presenting an absurdist one-act play set in an insane asylum in October.

 

Saturday

Fall Harvest Festival at Underwood Farms: Underwood Family Farms’ 18th Annual Fall Harvest Festival runs October 3-31 this year. Friends of the Farm Country Weekend is back October 10-11, complete with country and bluegrass music and a live-remote visit from local station KHAY.

41st Conejo Valley Home Remodeling Show: Over 170 vendors will be on hand with information on everything from kitchen and bath remodeling to interior decorating to landscaping, pools and spas.

Bark in the Park: This is a great opportunity for the dog community to come together with others to celebrate their passion for dogs! The event features products, services, local veterinarians, and variety of adoption agencies and rescues in the area.

International Day of the Girl: Join us for fun and inspirational activities that will broaden your understanding of the struggles and courage of girls around the world. Grades 5-12. Sponsored by the Girl Up Club at Oak Park High School and the Friends of the Westlake Village Library.

Westlake High School Instrumental Food Truck Festival:Westlake High School Instrumental Music Boosters presents its annual Food Truck Festival on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Conejo Creek Park North, adjacent to the Thousand Oaks Library.

Concerts in the Park at Peter Strauss Ranch: This popular concert series has been extended. Prepare to be impressed by the Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) youth jazz band and youth rock band. Starts at 4 p.m.
