Friday

Broadway Night 2016 at Agoura High PAEC: LVUSD and the Beacon for the Arts Fund are pleased to present their third annual benefit concert on Friday, June 3, 2016, at 7 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center on the campus of Agoura High School (A-PAEC).

Village Voices Chorale ‘What a Wonderful World’ Concert in Thousand Oaks: Celebrate spring with an uplifting choral program “What a Wonderful World” performed by The Village Voices Chorale on June 3 at 8pm and June 4 at 2:30pm at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

 

Saturday

Spring Into Birding at Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center: Bring your camera and learn some tips to help you photograph majestic birds as they try out their new wings at our grounds.

Exploratory Ramble @ Malibu Creek State Park: Join a moderately-paced, 8-mile, 2000′ gain loop hike to less-visited trails, including the Lost Cabin, Cistern, and Overlook trails.

Thousand Oaks’ Artwalk 2016: ArtWalk 2016 is a two day, juried fine art and designer crafts outdoor exhibition presented by the Conejo Valley Art Museum with the assistance of the Conejo Recreation and Park District.

Brandon’s Buddies Free Kids Club for Special Needs Kids in Calabasas: The day may include Integrated Play, Face Painting, Arts & Crafts, Entertainment and Treats.

Fairy Tales in the Park – ‘Snow White’: The troupe’s goal is to create an environment where families can introduce live theatre to their children in a casual setting at the right price-free!

5th Annual OakHeart Country Music Festival in Thousand Oaks: Two stages – ten artists – food trucks – local vendors – kids area – auction and raffles – full bar VIP area – line dancing all day.

 

Sunday

 

 

Senior Concerns’ Love Run 5K, 10K, 1 Mile and Half Marathon:Well over 1,500 runners, walkers, adults and children demonstrated their commitment to the community through their participation in this highly anticipated event each year.

Cultural Workshop at Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center:Join Mathew WhiteBear McMasters for a leather medicine bag workshop. Materials will be provided. Limited materials and seating.

Verdant Ramble at Santa Monica Mountains Visitors Center in Calabasas:Join a local gardener for an informal ramble to see what’s blooming around the garden areas.

Conejo Valley Youth Orchestras Present: Broadway and the Big Screen: This concert will feature memorable music from stage and screen.
