Friday

King Gillette Ranch History Tour in Calabasas: Stroll through the grounds of King Gillette Ranch and learn about history of the site. Meet inside the visitor center at 2 p.m.

58th Annual Conejo Valley Days in Thousand Oaks: The four-day event features entertainment for kids, teens and the whole family including motocross freestyle exhibitions, a children’s entertainment area, carnival rides, games, a western themed Main Street and saloon and a food court. The motocross exhibitions and live entertainment are included with general admission.

Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers at the Canyon Club: Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers are the only independent band to debut in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Internet Sales chart for six consecutive albums

 

 Saturday

Slow Down and Relax Walk in Calabasas: Take a short walk and do gentle Qi Gong standing exercises out in nature at 9 a.m.. Wear loose fitting clothing. Meet at the Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center.

Build Your Own LEGOS at Thousand Oaks Library: Children can come in and get creative while building their own LEGO creations at the library. LEGO donations are welcome. The class takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grant R. Brimhall Library.

Free Screening of ‘Mary Poppins’ at Reyes Adobe Park in Agoura Hills: The screening of the popular family film takes place picnic-style from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Innovation in the Golden Era Walk at King Gillette Ranch: Look behind the scenes of filmmaking innovations on this easy walk at King Gillette Ranch from 10-11:30 a.m.

Free Concert at Peter Strauss Ranch: Enjoy a free Sunday Concert in the Park from 3-5 p.m. featuring Alan Boivin Band, followed by The Art Rockers, a group of artists and musicians from CSUCI. Call 805.370.2301 for more information.
