Friday

Westlake Village Juniors’ 35th Annual Gingerbread Boutique: The funds raised this year from the Gingerbread Boutique will go to assist nonprofit charities in the Conejo Valley.

Ventura Farm Day Food, Farm Film Fest: The free, family-friendly event will feature short films produced locally that tell the story of life (both human and animal) on the farm and the popular kids’ movie “Babe.”

Holiday Boutique at Sports Academy in Newbury Park: This event will be fun for all ages and the whole family, lots of great local shopping for the holidays, characters such as Captain America and Cinderella,  face painting, etc.

‘Finding Kind’ Screening and Q & A: An event honoring special guests Directors & Producers, Lauren Paul and Molly Thompson!

Saturday

4th Annual Ventura County Farm Day: The 4th Annual Ventura County Farm Day will take place Saturday, November 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at farms throughout Ventura County.

Holiday Bazaar and Soup & Pie Luncheon in Westlake Village: Shop the Holiday Bazaar for gifts, jewelry, Tupperware, homemade pickles, skincare, handmade quilted/crocheted items, etc. November 5, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station Open House: Come join Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station at our 25th Anniversary celebration and Open House from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

3rd Annual Nottingham Festival Renaissance Faire in Simi Valley: The 3rd Annual Nottingham Festival traditional Renaissance Faire & Artisan Marketplace is coming to Civic Center Park, 3855 Alamo Street, Simi Valley.

Birthday Tour and Tea at McCrea Ranch: The Conejo Community Center/Outdoor Unit of the Conejo Recreation & Park District will be offering a Happy Birthday Joel Tour and Tea at the McCrea Ranch.

Santa’s Arrival, Elf Academy at The Oaks Mall: Santa will be on hand for photos and visits in the JC Penney Court from Nov 5th through Dec 24th.

Cancer Support Community Open House in Westlake Village: Learn about the free programs available to anyone affected by cancer and their loved ones. Appetizers and drinks will be served. This event is free and open to the public.

New West Symphony Presents Rachmaninov Concert in Thousand Oaks: Vadym Kholodenko, the gold medal winner of the 2013 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, will make his New West Symphony debut playing Sergei Rachmaninov’s Concerto No. 2 in C Minor, Opus 18.

Simi Valley SnowFest Arts & Crafts Fair: Bring your friends and family out to this fun arts and crafts fair, complete with snow lots, snow slides and more!

Bark for Life Event in Westlake Village: The American Cancer Society’s Bark For Life event is a 1-mile noncompetitive walk for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

Many Mansions’ Bowls of Hope at Cal Lutheran: The Bowls of Hope event is designed to spread awareness of the need for affordable housing in Ventura County and the importance of on-site services and programs provided by Many Mansions.

3rd Annual Nottingham Festival Renaissance Faire in Simi Valley: The 3rd Annual Nottingham Festival traditional Renaissance Faire & Artisan Marketplace is coming to Civic Center Park, 3855 Alamo Street, Simi Valley.
