The Lakes at Thousand Oaks’ Annual Holiday Ice Rink: Come celebrate the holiday season at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks Ice Rink. Tickets to the rink can be purchased onsite at the ice rink ticket window. All tickets priced at $15.

Screening of ‘How the West Was Won’ at Thousand Oaks Library: Enjoy a free screening of How the West Was Won (1963). Bring your own refreshments. This screening is just one of three to celebrate movies that were filmed in or around the Conejo Valley

‘Follies’ Opening at Conejo Players Theatre: PERFORMANCE DATES: November 13th through December 13th, 2015. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday at 8 p.m.; Sunday at 2 p.m.

Kids’ Swap Meet in Thousand Oaks: The annual Conejo Recreation & Park District Kids Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Community Center, 2525 N. Moorpark Rd. in Thousand Oaks.

Senior Concerns’ Bargain Boutique and Thrift Store To Host Sidewalk Sale:The Bargain Boutique offers a high end shopping experience at thrift store prices. The Sidewalk Sale will feature a fresh assortment of recently donated items, including pieces from two large estate sales such as home and office furniture, and designer clothing, handbags and shoes.

2nd Annual Nottingham Festival Renaissance Faire in Simi Valley:The 2nd Annual Nottingham Festival traditional Renaissance Faire & Artisan Marketplace takes place at Civic Center Park, 3855 Alamo Street, Simi Valley from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sat. and Sun.

Annual Tree Lighting at Simi Valley Town Center: The Simi Valley Town Center announces its 2015 Christmas Tree Lighting event from 3-9 p.m. Special appearance by Santa Claus, dance performances, crafts, games, caroling and more. Free admission.

Daddy/Daugher Princess Ball in Thousand Oaks: You are cordially invited to an evening of royal proportions! Join us for a magical evening of music, dancing, entertainment, crafts, and even a special party favor for your little princess.

Screening of ‘Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid’ at CLU: This year’s film festival of movies shot in the Conejo Valley will include a discussion and screening of “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” along with “Gunsmoke” footage at California Lutheran University.
