Friday

Music in Motion at the Agoura Hills Library: Fun, musically rewarding and motivating class for babies, toddlers, and their parents. Classes are held every Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the Agoura Hills Library.

Used Book Sale at Newbury Park Library: The public sale runs from 6-8:30 p.m. and continues on Saturday, February 28th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Newbury Park Branch Library. Thousands of books will be available, including many suitable as gifts. In addition, many puzzles and games are for sale.

Faster Pussycat / Bullet Boys / LA Guns’ Tracii Guns at the Canyon Club: Showtime is at 9 p.m.

 

Saturday

Oak Park Neighborhood School Snow CarnivalThe snow is back in Oak Park! Don’t miss your chance to sled down the slopes. There will be a silent auction to bid on tons of goods and services from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is $5, kids; $3 Adults; children under 2, free. Admission provides unlimited access to the snow and bouncers.  

Spring Wild Foods Plant Walk at Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center: Leisurely walk with author Christopher Nyerges to learn common and traditional uses of native and non-native plants. Meet inside visitor center at 10 a.m. RSVP reqt at [email protected] or 805.370.2302.

Be a Wildlife Biologist Program for Kids at Paramount Ranch: Be a Wildlife Biologist program for ages 4 to 12. Learn about resident amphibians and more.

Cultural Workshop at Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture CenterAttend a cultural workshop featuring Chumash Elder, Dennis Garcia, who will share Chumash stories and songs.

37th Annual Conejo Valley CROP Hunger Walk: The CROP Hunger Walk is a 6 or 4.3 mile distance through the community near CLU as well as a 20 minute campus stroll. Registration is from 12-1 p.m. and the walk begins at 1 p.m. For more info, click here.
Billy Ocean at the Canyon Club: Billy Ocean has has collected dozens of Gold and Platinum records across the world and hit the number one spot worldwide on pop charts including the USA, Australia, Germany, Holland, and the UK. The show begins at 9 p.m.
