City of Westlake Village TGIF Free Entertainment Series – Big Band: The 11th Annual TGIF Westlake Village series offers families a series of free performances at the Westlake Village Civic Center, 31200 Oak Crest Drive. Gordon Goodwin Little Phat Band big band concert performs at 7 p.m.
