The “Village Trolley” returns for the summer providing free transportation between Westlake Village neighborhoods, retail areas, and restaurants. The trolley, which began on May 22, will operate on Friday and Saturday nights from 3-10 p.m. through September 5.
Riding the “Village Trolley” is easy. Simply hop on at one of fifteen stops listed below and hop off whenever you want. The trolley is outfitted with a GPS locator device allowing riders to use their smartphone to track the trolley’s progress. The trolley is not just transportation. Every night from 5-7 p.m., the City will provide free entertainment on the trolley to make your ride that much more enjoyable. If you are interested in performing on the trolley, contact Brianne Anderson, Community Services Coordinator.
Check the City’s website for the up-to-date entertainment schedule. The “Village Trolley” is the perfect way to get to TGIF at the Civic Center and Saturday Concerts in the Park. A special Berniece Bennett Park pick-up/drop-off will be offered on June 13, July 18, and August 22 to coincide with those Saturday concerts.
