This adorable beagle mix with the un-beagle like ears is Zao! At nine years old, he has been to see a private veterinarian for his senior check up and after a dental procedure and a non-threatening hair follicle removal, has been found to be a healthy boy.
Zao found his way to the shelter through no fault of his own. Someone in his family developed allergies and that necessitated his being relinquished. Zao is a case of what you see is what you get. And with this boy, everything you will is positive.
Here are some things you should know about him.
- He is housebroken.
- He is good with kids.
- He gets along with other dogs.
- He is very peppy for a nine-year-old. He is trusted to be left alone in the real room.
- He is 18 pounds of gray muzzle deliciousness.
- He is pretty darn cute.
- We believe he may have been de-barked as when he speaks it sounds like he has a case of laryngitis. If you live in an apartment or condo, Zao may be a perfect fit. All dogs bark, but his sound won’t annoy the neighbors.
If you are looking for the perfect pet with which to enjoy the future, ask to meet Zao today. He will start your day with a wagging tail and a greeting that says he is happy to see you.
