Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park to Host 47th Annual Easter Sunrise Service

Luminaries in the form of a cross will light up a small hill as more than 1,000 community members gather at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park for the 47th annual Easter Sunrise Service. Nearby, in the garden of Gethsemane shepherds and their dogs tend a small flock of sheep.
The service will be held April 20 beginning at 6 a.m. at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon Road in Westlake Village, just north of the 101 Freeway. The service, open to all in the community, is sponsored by the Conejo Valley Interfaith Association.
