Coco is a beautiful 4-year-old healthy, spayed female that has a gorgeous, shiny black coat. Michael is 10-years-old, neutered and quite handsome. They would be a great addition to a family because they are quiet, and the volunteers at the shelter say they are low maintenance.
Here are some things you should know about Coco and Michael:
- They aren’t fussy about our food and appreciate whatever is provided.
- They are litter box trained.
- They are responsive when people talk to them.
- They have always lived as indoor cats.
They are friendly but a little shy when they are first introduced to people. With a little patience, they warm up.
Michael tested as FIV positive, which is just feline immunodeficiency virus. It is not contagious to humans or other animals. In fact, Coco has lived with Michael all her life and she doesn’t have FIV. The only way it can be transmitted to a cat is through a deep bite wound. These two live quite happily and peacefully together.
They are ready for their new home. They are up to date on all their shots and are micro chipped.
Please stop by to meet them at the Agoura Animal Shelter. You might want to bring a cat carrier when you visit because, everyone thinks they are pretty sweet and you may want to take them home upon meeting them.
