Daisy is the classic example of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ This “pittie” wonderful gal with her magnificent head and sturdy build watches daily as her fellow shelter fur faces are invited for meet and greets while she continues to wait and hope she might be next.
Daisy is a five-year-old pit bull that was turned in by her owner when she and the other dog in the home did not get along. Although it was reported that she does do well with small dogs. She is fun to spend time with, and she makes an adorable sound when she is excited.
Here are some things you should know about Daisy:
- She loves her toys.
- She does well spending time alone in the real room.
- She is housebroken.
- She is okay on leash, but could use some more work.
- She has not had experience with children.
We’re guessing her classic “pittie” looks may intimidate shelter visitors, but to meet her is to quickly find out what a delightful pup she is. Daisy enjoys a good couch lounge, adores being with humans and may be best as your one and only.
