The Reyes Adobe’s historic barn will have on exhibit a Holiday Art and Gift Gallery featuring original works by local artists and artisans. Paintings, jewelry, accessories and decorative items are among the items on display, ideal for hand-crafted holiday gifts. Artists will also have original designs on popular, inexpensive items such as T-shirts. The Reyes Adobe historic barn offers a festive setting for enjoying with families and friends during the holiday season.
Organized by the Agoura Hills Cultural Arts Council, the Holiday Art & Gift Gallery supports both artists of the Conejo Valley and the Reyes Adobe Historical Site. “The exhibit connects local talent with art lovers and can also serve as a relaxing and appealing holiday shopping experience,” said Jaime Goldstein, recreation specialist, for Agoura Hills.
Hours for the art gallery during the holidays are Nov. 7-Dec. 20: Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Saturdays 1-5 p.m. There is no admission charged to visit the museum’s gallery. The Reyes Adobe Historical Site is located at 30400 Rainbow Crest Drive, (next to Reyes Adobe Park), Agoura Hills 91301.
