Sun Sets Concert Series in Calabasas Kicks off June 7

Screen Shot 2015-06-01 at 4.02.23 PMThe Sun Sets Concert Series at Calabasas Lake will kick off the season with a performance by Abba Fab-A Tribute to the Music of ABBA on Sunday, June 7. Dance and sing to such 70s and 80s hits as “Waterloo,” “Fernando,” “Honey Honey,” “Dancing Queen” and countless other favorites.

All concerts begin at 6 p.m. and are free to the public and located on the Greenbelt at Calabasas Lake (open to public during concerts). Enter at The Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center (located at 23400 Park Sorrento) parking area. Bring a picnic or pre-order one through Atmosphere Café located at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center. Visit to check out the menu.

  • Surf City Allstars (Aug. 9)–Catch a wave with the Surf City Allstars; the only “tribute” band on the planet where each and every member toured in the Beach Boys & Jan & Dean.
  • New West Symphony Presents Jason Vieaux (Aug. 23)–NPR describes award winning guitarist Jason Vieaux as, “perhaps the most precise and soulful classical guitarist of his generation.” His most recent solo album, Play, won the 2015 Grammy Award for Best Classical Instrumental Solo.
